Sina Connect is an intelligent health assistant that helps you find a nearby doctor in seconds, directly from Messenger. It provides opening hours, addresses, phone numbers and appointment information.
Simply open Messenger, start a conversation with Sina, then tell it the specialty you need or describe your symptoms with your location. Sina will suggest available doctors with all the information you need to contact them.
Tell Sina your city and ask for an open pharmacy. Sina shows you the nearest open, on-duty or night pharmacy with its address and opening hours.
Direct booking via Messenger is available with partner doctors. For listed practitioners, Sina Connect shows the phone number and WhatsApp: you can contact them directly through those channels.
Sina Connect is accessible directly on our website sinaconnect.tn, as well as on Messenger. WhatsApp is coming soon. You can also follow our news on Instagram.
Yes. Sina Connect speaks French, literary Arabic and Tunisian dialect. It also understands Tunisian written in Latin script. Write to it exactly as you would to a friend.

Sina Connect lists doctors across all specialties available in Tunisia, including: general practitioner, cardiologist, dermatologist, paediatrician, gynaecologist, ophthalmologist, dentist, neurologist, psychiatrist, orthopaedist, urologist, endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, pulmonologist, ENT specialist, rheumatologist and many more. If unsure which specialty you need, simply describe your symptoms and Sina will guide you.
Sina Connect is available throughout Tunisia: Tunis, Sfax, Sousse, Monastir, Nabeul, Bizerte, Gabès, Médenine, Djerba, Kairouan, Gafsa, Tozeur and many more. Our network of practitioners continuously expands across the entire Tunisian territory.

No. Sina Connect is an assistant that helps you find a doctor and access their contact details only. It provides no diagnosis, no prescription, and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
Sina Connect is not a medical emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency, immediately call SAMU at 190 or Civil Protection at 198, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Yes. Sina Connect only collects the information strictly necessary for your search. No medical data is stored long-term and no information is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your practice is listed for free in Sina Connect. Two options are available via the "Professional space" button on the homepage: "Update my information" to update your hours, address or specialty, and "Discover Sina Connect" to request a callback.
